Holiday Salad

Serves: 6
Prep time: 30 minutes

  • 1 3 oz.package Raspberry Jello
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • Mix Jello and boiling water together
  • until dissolved.

Add the following to Jello mix including all liquid.

  • 1 8 oz. can Mandarin Oranges
  • 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 15 oz. can whole cranberry sauce

Place in refrigerator until set. Fold in:

  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts

Pour Jello mixture into a 7x11 pan. Combine the following ingredients, and spread over top of Jello mixture. Sprinkle with Hazelnuts.

  • 1 3 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 or 3 TBLS. orange juice concentrate
  • 1 TBLS. sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup Cool Whip
