Hazelnut Potato Scallop

Serves: 4-6
Prep Time: 40-45 minutes

    3/4 cup chopped hazelnuts 3 diced raw potatoes 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 3/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon salt dash pepper

Arrange alternate layers of hazelnuts, potatoes, cheese and onion in casserole dish. Dot with butter. Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper; pour over layers in casserole. Bake 350 degrees 40-45 minutes, until potatoes are done. Serves 4-6.
